Tell the dispatcher - receiving and delivery address, preferably also block, floor and office number,- parcel size and weight, preferable delivery type (by bicycle or car), - person (legal, physical), who will pay for the delivery, - if you have not concluded agreement with us or sent us the letter of guarantee, please tell how you would like to pay for the delivery (in cash or by a transfer), - contact persons in receiving and delivery addresses, - preferable delivery period. |
What kind of packages do we deliver?
From envelopes to furniture and 2-3 cargo units, since we deliver not only by bikes, but also by cars and vans.

Urgent - A delivery |
to addresses in Riga and up to 10 km from Riga centre in 15 min - 2 hours time (up to 45 min in Riga centre and 60-90 min in remote city areas to receive the parcel, up to 45 min in Riga centre and 60-90 min in remote city areas to deliver the parcel). Up to 34 km away from Riga- in 3,5h time. More than 34 km away from Riga in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania - in 6h time. |

How do i know that the parcel has been received/ delivered?
We offer you a unique option to follow your parcel. Service available for users of B and C deliveries. See the courier`s movement, receiving/delivery time, name of the person who has received the parcel. Here is how to do it:

How is delivery safety?

When receiving the package the courier fills the delivery note that consists from 4 self- copying papers that contain information about the payer, the addresses of receipt and delivery of the package. During giving and receipt of the package, the giver and the receiver signs and time of the receipt and delivery is fixed. The fist paper of delivery note remains to the payer, the second- to the recipient or giver of the package, the third- in our office and the fourth- to the courier receiving the parcel. |

The bags of couriers are waterproof and solid. |

Compensation for loss or spoiling the package- up to 50 Ls. Our civil liability is insured what means that if a parcel value exceeds 50 Ls, the losses commited unintentionally on amount of up to 12 500 Ls per one case are compensated by BTA insurance enterprise. |
Are there any discounts?
We divide the discounts in 2 groups - "immediate ones" (that are accomodated immediatelly after an order’s acception) and discounts applied in the end of the month and calculated from the total sum of orders in a month.

Discounts calculated from the total sum of orders a month, if the total value runs into:
100 Ls (without VAT)- 5%, 200 Ls (without VAT)- 10%, 300 Ls (without VAT)- 15%. |

1. For orders in Riga or closer than 10 km from the center of Riga:
- For each additional addressee for the same deal- 20% for each delivery of packages; - For "there and back" deliveries- 20% off the cost of the back delivery. |

2. For more than one deliveries to the same town of Latvia (except Riga), the price for each additional delivery is calculated as an economical one (C delivery). |
|
| 3. Special discounts for large amount deliveries, with a separate agreement about accomplishment’s time. |
How to pay for courier services?

| fill out the letter of guarantee and give it to our courier or send it to velokurjers@velokurjers.lv, |

The bill for the orders made in the previous month is sent by e-mail free of charge or by post (additional payment- 1,9 Ls Ls without VAT) till the 10th date.
You will also receive your client number and password together with the first bill. By using them you will be able to authorize in our homepage section "My Velokurjers" and see all your orders, deliveries, current and old bills. We can also grant them earlier on your request. Please call the dispatcher for a detailed information.
