1. A program developed specially for courier service to improve its` performance in all stages.

1) It automates the acceptance of orders allowing you to save your time (for example, it shows the name of the company the phone call comes from etc.).

2) By the assistance of GPS receivers the program displays the courier movement in the map allowing you to choose THE CLOSEST COURIER and THE MOST APPROPRIATE ROUTE.

Following the courier allows to make corrections in the courier`s route operatively, for example, in the case of a traffic jam the parcel may be passed from a car courier to bicycle courier so the delivery time would not last longer.

3) It provides the option to follow the movement of the courier: right after the order a link is sent to your e-mail. By clicking on it you can follow your parcel.

4) When the parcel is received, the courier reports about it, at this moment the information that the parcel is received appears on the map.

5) When the parcel is delivered, the courier reports about the delivery time and the name of the person who has received the parcel. At this moment the same information appears on the map.

2. A triple communication system allows us to keep in contacts with couriers in every weather conditions:

- cell phones,

- GPS receivers,

- portable radio sets.

3. Parcels are carried in solid and waterproof bags.
